Summer is here and it is time for Sports Physicals! In order to accommodate more physical appointments our Havre de Grace office will be open until 6pm on Mondays from July 17 until the end of August.
Our appointments are filling up fast so schedule your appointment ASAP. Please bring ALL of your paperwork with you and have your portions completed prior to the appointment. As always with physical appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
